Z-Poll enables the laboratory to form a bond with their clients by providing a unique link for the ordering of tests and the reporting of the laboratory's results.

Z-Poll gives the laboratory complete control of their test catalog, client information, user logon id's, medical necessity rules, ICD9 codes and insurance company database.

 For each client creates and maintains their own patient database. This database contains all of the patient's pertinent billing information. As orders are placed Z-Poll, each test is validated to make sure that the proper billing information is also entered. When proper billing information is included, payments are collected faster.

As requisitions are printed,  necessary ABN forms are also printed in either English or Spanish. Validation of insurance information before the specimen is received in the lab reduces the time it takes to complete the billing process and shortens the time it takes for the laboratory to collect payments.

You can choose from either the internet based version of Z-Poll, which gives you an immediate World Wide Web presence, or you can choose the standalone version with pc's in each client's office.
